Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job Description Job Description:Join our Global Marketing Services team as the dynamic Manager of Consumer Marketing Capabilities Expansion. This role, which reports directly to the Director of Consumer Marketing Capabilities Expansion, offers an exciting opportunity to enhance our marketing advisory and sales enablement resources while supporting the creation of innovative new practice areas.Key Responsibilities:Create, manage, and optimize Marketing Advisory content and sales enablement resources on key marketing topics for our Global Marketing Services Team (e.g., Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Content), utilizing insights from pipeline data, regional feedback, and market trends.

Establish and maintain the relationship with our Marketing agency partners to facilitate the creation of content, playbooks, etc.

Play an active role in the assessment, development, and commercialization of new practice areas and capabilities.

Support the localization of Global capabilities to cater to regional needs (e.g., regional stats and credentials, translations, etc. when applicable)

Contribute to ongoing trainings, marketing, and communication of marketing advisory and sales enablement resources.

Contribute to the strategic thinking and planning that will enable Visa Marketing Services to become the partner of choice for our clients.

Collaborate with regional Marketing Services, Global Marketing, Sponsorships, and Visa Consulting & Analytics teams to develop innovative client solutions and go-to-market materials.

Support client engagements when necessary.

Facilitate the sharing of best practices across the Global Marketing Services community.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
