Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job Description The Global Marketing Services Team is searching for an Analyst to help support the growth of the Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) practice area across all regions. This position will be responsible for managing the CMS sales data pipeline to support regional Marketing Services teams' sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing and leveraging large amounts of data to create comprehensive sales strategies.Working alongside the Director of the CMS for Marketing Services, the selected candidate will help drive the strategy, vision, and go-to-market approach to advance Marketing Services to a profitable and strong revenue driver for Visa. As a Global Team, we are focused on supporting our Regional & Local Client Marketing Teams in achieving their revenue and margin objectives and delivering outstanding client engagements by offering best-in-class support across strategy, planning, and operational disciplines. This role partners closely with Regional Client Marketing Teams, other Global Marketing Teams (Product Marketing, Sponsorship, Brand, Content, Insights & Analytics), Finance, and Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA).Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the CMS sales data pipeline within Marketing Services with the goal of proactively identifying lead generation opportunities across regions.Assist in the CMS for Marketing Services rollout timeline and strategy through conducting research on market readiness and sales data.Monitor the CMS engagement pipeline through our internal management systems for tracking, reporting, and forecasting purposes.Lead continuous enhancements and iterations of existing CMS sales and training materials.Conduct deep dive analyses as needed to identify key trends, issues, and opportunities across the CMS landscape.Conduct research to support regional customization of sales and training materials and to assist with agency development of material.Support the facilitation of CMS training across regions.Serve as a Marketing Services ambassador in winning net new CMS deals and identifying opportunities for partnership in the future.Support the integration of VIK initiatives into CMS engagements.Facilitate ongoing best practice sharing across the entire Global Marketing Services community.Sit in on, facilitate, or support CMS client engagements when needed.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,700.00 to 145,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
