Just as Visa founder Dee Hock revolutionized the way we pay, Ad Hock is taking a new approach to the internal creative team by developing a fully functional advertising agency in-house. We create high-visibility content to support every layer of the funnel starting with brand awareness. Approximately 50% of our efforts support Visa's core brand and sponsorships. The other 50% of our work is dedicated to supporting Visa's partners and clients as an external creative agency. It's the perfect mix of client-side and agency life!Our agency is rapidly expanding, and we're looking for a Lead Creative Strategist to bring data driven insights to our robust creative team. You will establish standards and best practices for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities to develop campaign strategies that stick. You'll collaborate with our creatives through the ideation process then track the results to help make each campaign better than the last.This role sits on the creative team and reports to the Senior Creative Director.This is an opportunity to join the Go-to-Market team within Visa's North America Marketing organization. Lead the development of creative briefs and guide the strategy of consumer facing creative campaigns that align with the goals and objectives of Visa and our clients.Work closely with the account executive, client marketing, insights and creative teams to understand the needs and pain points of the target audience and craft compelling value propositions and messaging.Collaborate with internal and external creative partners, such as designers, copywriters, marketers, and agencies, to produce high-quality and engaging content.Establish and implement best practices and standards for our newly integrated creative strategy team.Measure and optimize the performance of content campaigns using data and insights, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in content marketing, digital advertising, and social media, and apply them to your work.Mentor and coach other strategists and creatives on the team, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.Preferred Qualifications

- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.

- At least 8 years of experience in developing and executing creative strategies for consumer facing advertising and marketing content for a major brand.

- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to create engaging and effective content for various audiences, channels, and formats.

- Proficiency in using data and insights to inform your creative decisions and measure your impact.

- Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, marketers, and project managers.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a flair for writing clear and compelling copy.

- A passion for staying on top of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in content marketing, digital advertising, and social media.

- A creative mindset and a willingness to experiment, test, and learn from your failures.

- A high level of attention to detail and quality standards.Additional Information

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
