Job Title: Space & Occupancy Planner
Job Description
As a Space & Occupancy Planner, you will serve as the primary point of contact for office Space Planning services. Your role involves making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and cost savings. You will develop data analytics and analysis tools to generate space solutions, oversee the delivery of client workplace model standards, and generate space planning solution templates. Additionally, you will assist in site assessments, liaise with business units, coordinate with clients on occupancy issues, and attend major real estate project kick-off meetings. You will also be responsible for the development of block plans, stacking diagrams, and re-stack scenarios, and ensure that Occupancy Planning activities align with corporate guidelines.
