Description

• Guide and execute all branding strategies for sycamore services including internal and external marketing, branding, public relations, and support for programs offered at the organization.

• Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels with a core message and tone that is polished, professional, and timely.

• Further develop and implement strategies to enhance intranet sites and other means necessary to improve company and community communication.

• Provides support to staff in IT equipment use with vendors.

Responsibilities :

• Branding Experience

• Ensure that the marketing strategy of Sycamore Services as a whole and as individual departments is clear and concise and applies to the overall brand experience.

• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.

• Prepare materials for CEO, Board Meetings, and Admin teams as requested.

• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.

• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.

• Increase brand awareness and impact and manage engagement-driven projects and programming by deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

• Design, implement, and evaluate the marketing strategies and activities, including but not limited to Brand Management, Media Relations, Newsletters, social media, Websites, Branded Collateral, Annual Reports, communication reports, Email announcements, and invitations

• Build, grow, and maintain strong and strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.

• Work closely with other staff and departments to coordinate communications for all events involving external audiences including the development and production of invitations, guest lists, speakers/presentations, signage, and support.

• Increase brand awareness and impact and manage engagement-driven projects and programming.

• Compile and format monthly and annual data for executive review.

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.

• Creating, tracking, and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or extensive experience with marketing, business systems, and advertising.

• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.

• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.

• Demonstrate effective leadership in a director-level position.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and provide deliverables by deadlines and timelines set forth.

• Demonstrate ability to develop positive, productive, and professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Provide an enthusiastic approach to work with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Commit to unwavering superior customer service in working with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage excellent written and oral communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Information Management:

• Analyze target-audience behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

• Provide support to the admin team during the review of policies and procedures, forms, or other materials used throughout the agency.

• Respond to inquiries regarding staff, agency, programs, or services by accessing appropriate resources.

• Assist with the organization's planning for technology needs such as online presence, communication pathways online for internal and external customers, software, and hardware.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Windows products preferred.

• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• Strong working knowledge of word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.

• Think critically about issues that arise in the workplace while maintaining an optimistic outlook on the challenges ahead.

Physical Requirements:

• Sit for long periods.

• Lift 25 lbs. to assist in setting up vendor fairs and community events.

• Travel to Sycamore Service locations.

• Travel to Sycamore Services events.

• Speak clearly so listeners can understand.

• Understand the speech of another person

• See details of objects that are more than a few feet away.

• See differences between colors, shades, and brightness.
