The Sage Group’s client is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Campaigns Manager to help design and implement marketing automation operations for their demand generation team. This work will include micro-segmentation of key target accounts, configuring automation tools for omnichannel launch, and most frequently, configuring Marketo to deploy complex nurture campaigns and scoring operations.

Collaborating with your demand gen stakeholders, candidates possessing strong communication skills and a desire to think outside the box to deliver the best possible customer experience will thrive here.

We’re looking for someone who loves the science of marketing operations and enjoys building, implementing, and measuring new systems, processes, and campaigns.

In this role, you'll get to:Partner with demand generation managers to execute day-to-day campaign operations and marketing automation systems administration while optimizing for scale and efficiencyImplement segmentation and targeting best practices; segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency using ActionIQPlay an integral role in supporting the globalization of campaignsExecute and optimize effective lead nurturing programs using MarketoAssist in managing the lead lifecycle - implement and optimize lead scoring, qualification, and hand-off to sales processesProactively govern data quality for all programs/campaignsAssist with program conceptualization, program execution, and success measurementUncover opportunities to optimize conversion across the lead generation and sales funnelEstablish, maintain, and optimize scalable marketing processes for campaign and leads.On the first day, we'll expect you to have:6+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation and operationsExtensive experience as a Marketo Admin with building nurture campaigns, lead scoring, reporting and connecting multiple data sourcesMarketo Certified Expert preferredExperience with Salesforce reporting and custom objects with a proficient understanding of the Salesforce CRM architectureExperience with audience segmentation within Customer Data Platforms is preferredA passion for high-quality work that you can feel proud ofDuration:
