The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports Skechers' Digital Group in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and projects. This is an entry-level position, focused on coordinating day-to-day tasks which support Skechers' digital marketing strategy.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Assist and manage the digital content creation and implementation for Skechers.comSupport the Digital Marketing Manager in the coordination of day-to-day tasks and campaigns to support Skechers' digital marketing strategyAssist the Digital Marketing team to build, test, deploy, and analyze website marketing, promotional campaigns, and SMS campaignsHelp manage web creative requests; following the request process and managing stakeholder communicationsAssist in organizing marketing campaign briefs and project management plansMaintain campaign / project progress reports, listing all on-going projects, due dates, statuses, etc.Assist in competitor research and prepare recap decks to share findings with wider Skechers teamCommunicate the status of campaigns to other campaign stakeholdersCross-train with other roles in the Digital department to assist as neededOther duties as assignedJob Requirements

Ability to work on-site in a hybrid scheduleHigh computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly and efficientlyDemonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-upAbility to multi-task and prioritize effectivelyStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic, quick-moving environmentAbility to manage projects across multiple teams and with competing prioritiesAbility to work with people of all corporate levelsMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, etc.)Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Fashion Merchandising or Marketing preferred1-2 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields (internship and coursework experience considered)

The hourly rate is $25.00 - $30.00 USD.
