Job Summary

To serve New Life Church East staff and congregation by leading the Production team to audio and visual excellence

in live production, online streaming, and recording quality during Sunday services.

Duties and Responsibilities

Production:Oversee service plans and scheduling through Planning Center Online (PCO), communicating with staff and volunteers, facilitating cross-training of staff members on production roles and equipment as needed.Run audio for Sunday mornings and events.Coordinate and communicate with the Worship Pastor for any service adjustments requested.Upload all assets into PCO. Coordinate with the production team to produce an engaging worship experience in person and online, utilizing updated processes and implementing feedback, improvements, and delegation.Maintain and improve Sunday morning livestream experience.Research innovative solutions for live production equipment and execution of services.Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment, making necessary repairs or adjustments.Participate in meetings with production volunteers and other church staff members, supporting the larger church vision and mission.Maintain an organized and clean production booth and storage areas.Promote and implement safety and security measures in production environments.Assist in developing and maintaining budgets for production needs and purchases.Train and mentor new production volunteers and staff members.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Worship Pastor or other church leadership.Communications:

Social Media Management-

Develop, implement, and manage the church's social media strategy.Create and curate engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages in a timely manner.Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.Content Creation and Coordination:

Collaborate with the creative team to request and develop visual and multimedia assets (graphics, videos, photos) that align with the church's branding and messaging.Oversee the creation of promotional materials for church events, services, and programs.Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and reflective of the church's values and mission.Administrative and Other Duties:

Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic communication.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in church communications and social media.Attend and participate in staff meetings, planning sessions, and other relevant meetings.Manage and respond to calls and emails as needed.Assist the department in coordinating various tasks and procedures.Communicate regularly with supervisor about departmental issues.Assist supervisor with special projects, events, and diverse tasks in support of the department.Attend department meetings, regular all-staff meetings and other meetings as required.Utilize a thorough understanding of the New Life Church employee policies and procedures.Demonstrate ongoing financial support for ministries of New Life Church.Work in close association with the entire staff to build and maintain a strong team environment.Cooperate with leadership by performing any other duties when asked to do so.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

An Associate degree equivalent is a plus.

Experience: Experience in live production is required.
