We are growing fast, and we need a Marketing Coordinator who can support our team. We are looking for a dedicated marketing "doer" with a drive to help bring our unparalleled services to market to join our team.

You will have the opportunity to manage our marketing calendar, wrangle our webinars, oversee social posting, as well as event and tradeshow coordination, among other duties. If you have successfully helped an organization or law firm market their services, start your application today!

Responsibilities

• Execute referral-based marketing campaigns. You will call potential new referral sources to schedule marketing call meetings and networking meals for firm attorneys.• Execute new product launches by supporting our digital campaign and follow-up.• Support our intake process and client satisfaction program. Dazzle our potential clients and existing clients by developing and deploying a "shock and awe" welcome package and provide marketing follow-up once cases close.• Coordinate live events/seminars/webinars/tradeshow. Tasks include following the action plan for an event or trade show, coordinating the invitation and RSVP lists, collaborating to create marketing materials, coordinating registrations, setting up at trade shows, and being our on-site touchpoint.• Coordinate daily and weekly with team members to make sure all marketing tasks are complete. Use of Microsoft Project & Planner is required.• Coordinate with independent contractors and vendors on project schedules, making necessary adjustments and communicating changes to team members.• Assist with our blog and social posting. Participate in other internet marketing activities as assigned, like social media posts and monitoring.• Be responsible for compiling results tracking and providing updated numbers to our executive team.

Qualifications

• BA in communications, marketing, business, English, Journalism, or other field of study that is highly collaborative.• Minimum two years coordinating marketing efforts for a service-providing organization, such as a law firm, insurance company, or technical or medical service.• Superior executive function and solid communication skills.
