Our LA entertainment tech client is seeking a Web Producer / Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Global main website on Shopify, ensuring it aligns with the brand vision and meets business goals. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and extensive experience in digital and web. The Web Producer will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to identify content needs and updates, brief these changes to our external agencies, and play a key role in launching several localized websites.Responsibilities-Manage and maintain the global website strategy, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and alignment with brand standards, including a user experience strategy for agency implementation.- Identify content strategy, needs, updates, and opportunities for website enhancements through the use of data and analytics to draw traffic and build new digital experiences- Manage agency relationships and brief creative agencies on required website changes, updates, and new content, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.- Oversee the implementation of website updates, including content, design, and functionality, ensuring accuracy and quality.- Work with the global and regional digital marketing teams to plan and ensure consistency with the main website and tailor content to local markets.- Measure, track, and optimize website performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.- Ensure SEO best practices are followed and implemented across the website.- Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues or bugs in a timely manner.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to e-commerce, website tech stack, and digital marketing.Qualifications- 3-5 years of direct experience as a Web Marketing Manager, with extensive experience managing consumer journey on web.- Solid understanding of eCommerce best practices and user experience principles.- Experience working with digital marketing teams and experience managing and working with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Creative teams, and third-party vendors and agencies across the globe.- Strong project management skills, with a proven history of delivering projects on time.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO best practices.- Experience in launching and managing international websites is a plus.- Experience in CRM and paid media is a plusPosition Details- This is a full-time 6-month length contract-to-hire position.- This is a hybrid role based in Glendale, CA, with 3 days in office.
