Join our dynamic digital marketing team as a Digital Content Manager to develop and deploy content across channels to support our digital campaigns and strategies that drive brand value, engage existing customers, expand user base, and contribute to achieving our business goals. By partnering with marketing partners from around the globe, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving our business objectives by supporting key initiatives, product launches, and market development efforts. How you'll make an impact:

Digital Content:

· Identify, develop and lead the execution of digital touch points across the customer journey, including creating rich content for websites, display ads, and social media.

· Work with agency partners to develop unique content for digital channels to engage visitors or move buyers further down the customer journey.

· Partner with clinical education and PR teams to highlight thought leadership across digital channels in new and engaging ways.

Website Management:

· Collaborate with local and regional teams to manage website content for the Critical Care business unit globally, ensuring proper localization and timely publishing.

· Recommend changes to website and landing pages to improve user experience and engagement

SEO and Keyword Research:

· Conduct keyword research to enhance organic search visibility and optimize SEM campaigns.

· Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and reduce low quality traffic.

Search Ads:

· Develop and execute search ads based on keyword research and approved claims to drive high quality, targeted traffic.

· Measure and report out on effectiveness of campaigns.

· Optimize ad performance based on analytics and insights.

Social Media:

· Create and manage a social media content calendar, aligning with Brand team to ensure key initiatives are included.

· Craft engaging social media posts that resonate with our B2B audience.

· Coordinate and share with regional marketers to ensure global social content is accessible for use by other locales.

· Monitor social channels, measure engagement, and provide recommendations for increasing social engagement in a compliant manner.

Project Management:

· Self-manage your marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns.

Website and Social Metrics:

· Leverage analytics platforms for in-depth understanding of traffic sources, traffic trends, search queries and engagement for our web pages

· Review social media engagement metrics for each channel

· Track effectiveness and ROI, and consequently implement future optimization recommendations to increase effectiveness and maximize ROI

Global Collaboration:

· Work closely with regional teams to adapt marketing strategies for local markets.

· Foster collaboration across different regions to share best practices.

Other incidental duties as required.

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in in a related field, 8 years experience of digital marketing or 6 years with a Master's degree

Related certification (e.g., Customer Experience) Required

Experience working with complex B2B sales processes or Technology/Medical Devices/Pharma industry Preferred

What else we look for (Preferred):

· Medical Devices/Pharma industry preferred / Technology/Manufacturing/Industrial industries also acceptable

· Proficiency in website management, including working with a web CMS, knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, and SEM campaigns

· Ownership of social media calendar and channels including developing content

· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools to create content as well as managing agencies on more complex deliverables

· Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

· Proven project management experience with strict attention to detail

· Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

· Ability to partner and manage agency and IT relationships

· Substantial understanding and knowledge of requirement solicitation and consulting practices, process mapping, and project management principles

· Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

· Ability to adapt to new technologies

· Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects

· Ability to interact with senior personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between different departments.

· Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $142,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
