Flexible Spending Account options for health care expenses.Variety of additional voluntary benefits and retirement plans.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Exemplifies MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.Business Intelligence Systems: Use these systems to analyze player databases, and create, maintain, and modify reports.Report and review industry and property trends.Identify factors or trends that influence player behavior and spending.Evaluate promotions for success and recommend changes based on data to improve future performance and response rates.Develop complex models to extract data from multiple databases for statistical and financial analysis.Develop analysis for the annual and extended strategic plans.Undertake special analytical projects as assigned.Own the consolidation and standardization of player services reporting.Provide strategic input to player services leaders to drive revenue through host teams, tier benefits, and targeted efforts.Ensure accurate data input for prizes, promotions, and tag codes within the Player Tracking System.Analyze marketing and advertising programs for effectiveness.Maintain knowledge of macroeconomic and industry trends.Oversee all database marketing projects to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all offers, customer lists, and customer records. Evaluate and input all marketing customer list requests.Evaluate the effectiveness of database marketing efforts and make recommendations.Assist in the development and execution of effective prospect and retention marketing programs for the property.Maintain current operating knowledge of necessary system functions to effectively coordinate database marketing projects.Accurately track redemptions of all database marketing programs.Produce timely analysis reports to determine the profitability of Database Marketing programs.Adhere to all regulatory, company, and department policies and procedures.Responsible for assisting in developing in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls.Assist in the research, analysis, and development of new systems for revenue growth throughout the casino environment.Work with multiple departments to monitor and identify areas in which IT systems can be implemented to reduce labor costs, increase customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.Research competitors’ usage of technology, as well as new technologies that may be of interest to the casino.Develop queries and procedures to extract and communicate required information.Streamline the compilation of source data for reporting packages.Evaluate special promotional activities from a revenue/profit perspective.Ensure maximum service and satisfaction in the analytical aspect of the business.Facilitate the flow of information through regular departmental meetings.Attend and work events and entertainment functions as assigned.Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and report issues to the appropriate personnel.All other duties as assigned.WHAT YOU’LL BRING:Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.Six (6) years of successful analysis experience developing and operating metrics and generating business analytics for executive decision-making.Five (5) years of analysis experience (Bally BI experience preferred).Two (2) years of accounting/financial analysis experience or equivalent educational background.HOW YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Master-level skills in Excel, SQL, and other industry-related analytic tools.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret data into strategies.High-level knowledge of business analytics, direct mail, and database analysis.Advanced knowledge of Database Management, query writing, and analytics.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment with speed and accuracy.Ability to maintain confidential materials and information.Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational, and analytical skills.Proficient knowledge of business English, grammar, spelling, punctuation, vocabulary, and arithmetic skills.WHAT TO EXPECT:Availability:
Ability to work different shifts, holidays, weekends, and nights to support a 24/7 operation.Physical:
Ability to maneuver in all areas of the casino, ascent/descent from stairs, frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and/or prolonged periods of time focusing on tasks. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. May regularly need to lift/move, push or pull up material or boxes necessary to the job function, with or without assistance.Environment:
