As an Art Consultant, you will represent Lands' End to the School Uniform Customer by answering incoming calls, providing customers with solutions and knowledge-based questions and feedback with goal of completing each transaction in a manner consistent with the Lands' End Principles of Doing Business. Reviews business practices with the customers and successfully establishes new logo set-up and/or revision of existing logos. This would include Lands’ End School Uniform customers.

Provide a professional, extraordinary, customer friendly service to each client.Provide creative solutions to issues while staying within business practices and guidelines.Form deeper relationships with customers to create raving LE Brand fans.Conduct thorough needs assessment with customers to understand how they are using LESU products, uncover new sales opportunities and logo needs.Recognize a sales opportunity and anticipate customer needs through active listening.Works in a team relationship with the customer, LESU Sales/Sales Ops team, and various Lands' End departments to create quality digitized embroidery or other decoration solutions.Assists customers in revising existing logo’s and/or creating new logo set-ups, providing knowledgeable assistance throughout the logo set-up process.Demonstrate sense of flexibility; can switch effortlessly from the requirements of one job task to another.Maintains focus and composure by overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong understanding of, and support for, the Lands’ End Principles of Doing Business.Establish rapport with potential clients to create trust and interest.Skills

Sales experience or strong aptitude to learn.Exceptional customer service skills.Extraordinary communication skills (verbal and written).Strong desire to serve the customer.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask,Strong team player who is enthusiastic and positive.Personable-genuinely likes people.Strong PC skills; Excel, Word or similar packages.Proven initiative-taker, able to work independently.Excellent prioritization, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.Proven ability to successfully meet deadlines.High level of ethics for self-reporting.Knowledge of key business organizations and their affiliations helpful.Thorough knowledge of textiles, product construction, performance and function, color coordination and fashion helpful.Knowledge of the uniform industry's products and services helpful.
