CBH Homes is seeking an exceptional and organized Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Director and Team, and contribute to our Marketing initiatives and success.This dynamic and fast-paced role requires a proactive, highly efficient, and detail-oriented person who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.We have a lot of fun at CBH - and we’re seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and positive team player who loves to help others and jumps into challenges with excitement.RequirementsThe Marketing Assistant will:Help the Marketing Team create content for social media and other communications.This may include filming (iphone), taking photos, researching and writing using AI, and more, to help our Marketing Specialists create relevant and engaging content.Help with Marketing reports and analytics.Research a variety of topics.Provide Marketing support to our Sales team by helping with activities like creating / writing marketing emails, texts, templates, etc.Help Design basic marketing material (in Canva) like flyers.Manage Asana calendar and tasks for marketing activity.Contribute to monthly Marketing Brainstorm sessions and Marketing meetings by sharing ideas and input.Provide support and assistance to the Marketing Director, including:Weekly + Monthly reportsMeeting agendas and follow-upEmail and calendar managementSpreadsheets, Google Drive, Google Docs, online file organizationPresentationsResponding to advertising and other inquiriesOther various communications and actionsA successful Marketing Assistant will possess the following characteristics:Has marketing interest / experience.Is highly organized and can handle multiple projects at once.Is great at anticipating what might be needed and what is next.Experienced with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.Knows how to handle email like a boss.Enjoys supporting others and can communicate expectations and meet deadlines.Is friendly and professional.Has experience with social media creation, including Hootesuite, Canva, and all social media platforms.Is willing to happily serve others.
