We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and servicesIncrease brand awareness and market shareResearching CNI's markets and monitoring market trendsCreate and execute successful marketing campaignsTrack and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business planGathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.Manage and allocate marketing budget effectivelyStay up-to-date with industry and best practicesManage the marketing department's staffPrepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior managementPromote our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.Create content, including text posts, video and images for use on social mediaDevelop and track new social media strategies and campaignsPromoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with our brand and social media strategyDesired Candidate Qualifications:
