The PositionAs the Marketing Manager at Stertil-Koni, you will:Manage an extensive calendar of trade show events, liaise with sales reps and distributors (Stertil-Koni dealers) nationwide on this effort and capture resulting leads in a CRM software program.Manage a Marketing Coordinator in the Department and key vendors (graphic design), write and be responsible for the design of a broad range of documents, including compelling correspondence, crisp reports, eBlasts, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, industry updates, and more.Manage our social media campaigns, notably: Constant Contact, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Plan and implement key special events - including an annual Distributor MeetingBe responsible for updating our website and company blog on a clearly defined schedule.Help oversee our app-based ExtranetSupport the company with the implementation of annual calendar of trade show events and marketing plans including product positioning, email campaigns, development of an ongoing digital advertising campaigns, and implementation of media relations and support of new product launches.Work with our local and national distributors to promote intra- and inter-company marketing activities.Oversee the content, design and implementation of the company's eBlast campaign.
The Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing.Proven marketing experience (5+ years minimum) and a track record of success - notably in trade show management and social media.Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills - both verbal and written.
Ability to effectively communicate via public speaking and one-on-one is critical.Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time and capability to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment.Superior organizational skills.Hands-on, get-it-done spirit and attitude.Team player, passion for work, and ability to close projects to generate real-world results consistent with stated objectives.Experience working in an agency environment is definitive a plus.The Application Process:Email your cover letter and resume, with salary goals clearly indicated, to: kelikirby@.
