BASE SALARY: $60,000 - $70,000 CAD // $65,000 - $90,000 USD

As a

Paid Media Specialist , you will plan, execute, and optimize our paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, strong data analysis skills, and a passion for driving profitable growth through paid media strategies.

Job DutiesDevelop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channelsMonitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve ROICollaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectivesConduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategiesManage budgets, forecasts, and spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget and achieve desired outcomesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performanceProvide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholdersPerforms other duties as requiredQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B environmentProficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsExperience with A/B testing and other optimization techniquesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not requiredCollaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude and a passion for driving growth and innovationAbility to work cross-culturally on a global teamProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerAbility to perform at a high level in a remote work environmentOur Values
