We are seeking a talented Retail Marketing Manager to join our team at Bluhawk. As a Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading Bluhawk's marketing efforts in support of the owner's strategic goals. The Marketing Manager will ensure that JLL's marketing platforms (marketing for leasing, sales and revenue), tools and Core Practices are effectively employed to drive results and maximize client satisfaction.

Additionally, the Marketing Manager will play a vital role in implementing an effective marketing strategy for future development, coordinating special events and providing superior client service to achieve business goals.

Marketing Strategy Development & ManagementDevelopment of the annual marketing plan for the property based upon Bluhawk's strategic goalsCreation of marketing budget to support the marketing plan; ongoing monitoring of the marketing budget; monthly reforecasting and adjustment as needed to meet year-end projectionsOther responsibilities include analysis of sales and statistical data, financial reporting, public relations, media buying, traditional and digital media management, program results documentation and general administrative dutiesMarketing Strategy Implementation

Develop and effectively execute sales promotions, special events and internal and external communication strategies to drive retailer salesEstablish an ongoing partnership with retailers to maximize individual store sales through retailer communications/sales promotions/visual merchandising, especially with retailers identified as "key retailers"Establish an ongoing partnership with Bluhawk stakeholders to maximize cross-promotion and integrated marketing opportunitiesEffectively manage Bluhawk's digital media programs (social media, mobile, website & email) as applicableEffectively utilize market and consumer research to develop the center's marketing plan and support the leasing effortsPartner with the Leasing team to support the leasing efforts by compiling relevant information and creating professional, compelling sales materialsMaintain a thorough knowledge of the trade area including all competitive properties, market and customer demographics and available mediaReview monthly sales reports to ensure a thorough knowledge of retailer sales; track key retailer and category trendsCultivate and maintain an appropriate level of involvement in community activities, professionally representing the property, client and JLLDevelop an ongoing public relations action plan as needed; send out press releases; track publicityFollow JLL corporate policies and procedures for all programs and eventsComplete special assignments as directed by the General Manager and/or Regional Marketing ManagerRole will report to the Regional Marketing ManagerLeadership, Motivation and Development

If applicable, provide constructive feedback, regular coaching and career development input throughout the year to help employees achieve performance objectives and develop their professional skills and capabilitiesWhat We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred3-5+ years in retail, marketing, advertising, or comparable business experience1-2+ years retail experienceShopping center experience preferred, but not requiredComputer literate, knowledge of marketing fundamentals and researchMust have excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written), special event coordination and management experience along with the ability to multitaskSales/negotiation skills, sponsorships/revenue generation experience a plusMust have experience in managing budgetsMust have flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and eveningsStrong team playerProactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentEvent set-up/tear down; walking the property and parking lot, sign installation as needed; some weekends and evenings will be required to execute the Bluhawk calendar of events.
