Overview of Position:

This position generates engagement with key stakeholders and influencers within the organization by executing social media programs that drive the business.

Responsibilities:Lead Social Hub (Registered Reps) program:Lead relationships with LiveSocial, Proofpoint, line of business compliance, operations and communications leads, district office coordinators and IT to ensure efficient and compliant program executionLead training plans and execute group training and education sessions (virtual and in-person)Work one-on-one with Registered Reps, providing coaching sessions to drive adoption and engagementCreate all training and educational materialsOwn LiveSocial content management and reportingManage integrations (ex: Seismic core platform, Sales Force, etcContent execution:Work with Brand, Public Relations and line of business marketing teams to create strategic content plans for timely content distributionManage content creation process with external creative resourcesDistribute and publish content across our key channelsAnalyze native data and website analytics to inform future content plans and campaigns, report performance to key stake holdersManage paid social programs:Create and manage paid campaigns across all channels, including strategy, content creation, audience creation, pixel and event placement and tracking alignmentExecute needed optimizations while campaign is in flightTest new opportunities (ad types, targeting, channels, etc.) when applicableAnalyze and report on results to inform future campaignBuild strong relationships across the organization, acting as trusted digital marketing and social media expertMarketing: partner with Brand, Public Relations and line of business marketing teams to ensure content plans are aligned upon and delivered for timely content distributionSales: create one to one relationship with ACS and VFA Registered Reps to ensure Social Hub adoption and engagementCompliance: partner to ensure compliant usage of social media across all programsManages special projects as requiredWhat you need to know

Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in a digital marketing roleExperience in financial services or regulated industryCore Competencies
