We are seeking an innovative and energetic email marketer who wants to expand their strategic and content creation skills.Day in the Life:Develop and execute both cold and warm email marketing campaigns that support our company's growth goals and objectives, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Build and manage email marketing automation workflows to increase engagement and drive conversions, including new user onboarding emails, automated emails for inbound leads, and email campaigns to convert warm leads.Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize campaigns.Manage targeting strategies for the different audiences to meet weekly email goals alongside a support team dedicated to sourcing leads and implementing email campaignsMonitor and improve email deliverability to ensure emails are consistently hitting the inboxA/B test and iterate on email copy and strategy to meet organizational goalsSet KPIs for the Marketing team and report on path to goal weeklyWork cross functionally with the Partnerships, Customer Success, Community, and Product teams to proactively develop automated and one-off campaigns to address organizational needs and provide a stellar customer experienceBuild and improve additional marketing channel strategies through content creation, community marketing, and social media management to ensure consistent communication across all channelsProtect the brand integrity by providing input on organizational communications and initiatives, including support on developing social media, blog, PR, and web messagingSkills and Experience3-5 years of professional experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or email marketing, especially cold email programsRobust experience with a broad range of sales and marketing email tactics, with deep expertise in at least oneDetail-oriented and creative thinker who can create a variety of marketing content and ensure flawless executionStrong collaborator with impeccable communication skills, especially in a fully-remote environmentA desire to lead on marketing strategy as well as execution – this role is an excellent chance for you to step into a strategic position.
