Monday to Thursday in-officeKey ResponsibilitiesUser Experience Design:

Create journey maps, wireframes, UI specifications, audits, heuristic evaluations, taxonomy recommendations, task flows, and prototypes.Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, business partners, development teams, and brand stakeholders to enhance the E-commerce website and end-to-end customer experience.Customer Focus:

Synthesize customer feedback, research, and analytics into actionable design solutions.Problem Resolution:

Use experience and industry knowledge to resolve a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways.Communication:

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and business communication skills, with an ability to work strategically with executives and stakeholders.RequirementsMust HavesExperience:

5+ years in visual design and user experience, with a strong background in E-commerce and high transaction environments.Design Tools:

Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping.UX Principles:

Deep understanding of UX principles, practices, and processes, with a proven track record of delivering UX solutions.Visual Design:

Strong visual design skills focusing on attraction and interaction design.Creative Mindset:

Ability to consider different approaches and find the best solutions through creative thinking and testing.Flexibility:

Comfortable presenting to multiple levels of stakeholders and flexible in approach.Engagement:

Proactive with a high level of engagement.Additional QualificationsEducation:

B.S./B.A. or higher in User Experience Design, Information Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields.Fundamentals:

Strong fundamentals in information and interaction design.Cross-Team Collaboration:

Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize input from multiple groups.Prioritization:

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.Influence:
