Role OverviewAs the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee and execute digital marketing strategies that promote our robotics products for the cleaning industry. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, leading projects from conception to execution, and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for our robotics products.Go-To-Market Strategy:

Design and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and market expansions, ensuring effective positioning and messaging to target audiences.Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

Implement and manage ABM campaigns to engage and convert high-value accounts, tailoring marketing efforts to specific businesses and decision-makers.Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.Website Development & CMS:

Oversee the creation and maintenance of our content management system (CMS) and website. Ensure that the site is user-friendly, optimized for search engines, and aligned with our digital marketing goals. Collaborate with design and development teams to implement features, update content, and improve site performance, ensuring an engaging and seamless experience for visitors.Project Management:

Lead and coordinate digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.Content Creation:

Oversee the creation and management of engaging content tailored to our B2B audience, including website content, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies with a close eye on SEO and building brand equity.Data Analysis:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve marketing objectives.Market Research:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use this information to refine marketing strategies.Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals and product offerings.Budget Management:

Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing the impact of marketing investments.Vendor & Agency Management:

Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support campaign execution and achieve marketing objectives.QualificationsExperience:

3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in managing and executing B2B marketing campaigns and analyzing results. Experience in the robotics or cleaning industry is a plus.Project Management:

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Generalist Skillset:

Broad understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools, with the ability to implement and optimize strategies across different platforms.Go-To-Market Expertise:

Experience in designing and executing GTM strategies for product launches and market expansion.ABM Experience:

Proven ability to implement and manage ABM campaigns, with a focus on engaging high-value accounts and decision-makers.CRM & Customer Marketing:

Experience using HubSpot or Sales Force in support of a lead generation process and inbound marketing techniques including email, blogs and ebooks and case studies.Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical abilities, with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance and derive actionable insights.Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.Education:
