Lead UX Designer(Only w2)

Role : Lead UX Designer(Only w2)Location : San Francisco, CA(Onsite)Top Requirements : 8 years of experience in visual design and user experience o Must have well-rounded background in E-Commerce o Deep experience within the ecommerce domain is required (high transaction experience and heavy interaction design) o Strong visual design experience, focusing more on attraction design and visual design and interactive design, provide bigger vision of interactive design for the website. o Experience with Figma (they use this for everything - design and prototyping). o Must have a comprehensive understanding of UX principles, practices and processes, and a track record of delivering UX solutions and value to product and engineering teams in a large-scale business. o Creative and testing mindset looking for someone to consider different approaches to ultimately find the best solution. o Must be flexible in approach, comfortable presenting to multiple levels of stakeholders o Proactive, high level of engagement, etc. Additional Qualifications: o Strong fundamentals on information and interaction design, fundamentals of UX (preferably from a relevant Degree) o Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize input from multiple groups o Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced environment o Communication skills and collaborative. o Understand what the stakeholders want and the design that they are looking for. o Ability to be influential, negotiate the vision o B.S./B.A. or higher in User Experience Design, Information Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related fieldsIf I missed your call !
