The CMO will drive customer counts, sales, and profitability for all brands, working closely with the executive team and franchisees. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, growing online sales, overseeing content creation, evaluating performance, managing the marketing budget, analyzing market trends, and leading the marketing team. Required qualifications include ten plus years of marketing leadership experience, proven leadership skills, experience in advertising and new product launches, ability to collaborate effectively, and an innovative mindset.Company Overview:
