A law firm in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a dedicated Creditor's Rights Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling consumer credit collections cases, leveraging their knowledge of state laws and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
