Print and Packaging Designer

Planet Interactive is looking for a Print and Packaging Designer to join our CPG client for a contract to full-time opportunity!Location: Van Nuys, CaliforniaHybrid: 3 days a week, onsitePrint and Packaging Designer Responsibilities:Concept, layout and design of creative for CPG products including packaging, bottles and labels for all categories including beauty, skincare, fragrance, home products, kids and petsThe designer will be responsible for the creating the layout, design and package mockups for productsDesign custom typography and branding for packaging and product conceptsPrint and Packaging Designer Qualifications:3+ years print and package design experienceUnderstanding of best design practices for bottles/labels and print packagingSkilled in Photoshop and Illustrator with ability to create basic mockupsExperience working with CPG products across multiple verticals including beauty, skincare, home, fragrance and/or pets.Clean and modern design aesthetic with strong type and layout skillsThrive a collaborative, fast paced and deadline driven environment
