The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for serving as the coordinator and support for all marketing related tasks. This role will provide critical support to ensure all educational and exhibition programs are communicated to the public,press,donors,etc.,with efficiency and care. This role will also work closely with the Executive Director,Program and Communications Manager,Visiting Artists and Guest Curators. The Marketing Coordinator must be detail oriented and organized,have strong written and verbal communication skills,ability to use and manage many forms of technology,strong time management skills,the ability to work both independently and collaboratively,take initiative and problem-solve,have a high-level of interest or background in visual arts with experience in marketing and social media. The ideal candidate is outgoing and mission centered.Essential Duties and Responsibilities- You will coordinate all aspects of marketing to include asset management,content design and data management and social media. Corporate and Sponsor Management- Create and design marketing collateral,including sponsor decks,donor packets and presentation materials with the guidance from the Program and Communications Manager.- Insure follow through on membership,sponsorship and donor perks. Brand and Asset Management- Create and edit creative marketing collateral- Follow our brand style guide,mission,vision and core values- Organize and maintain content database- Create OCA swag- Ensure OCA website is up to date with current and upcoming projects.Content and Data Management- Coordinate with local creative (photographers,videographers,writers,designers,etc.) for exhibitions,events,and campaigns- Add any created content to content databaseAdvertising,Public Relations and Social Media- Coordinate and schedule all social media- Coordinate marketing programs and events- Newsletter creationDiversity,Equity and Inclusion- Participate in DEI training to meet marketing goals and objectivesOther- Attend and document OCA events- Perform other marketing work as assigned- Gather and analyze digital marketing and content analytics gathered from multiple sources- Use the following creative and collaborative tools: Adobe Creative Cloud,Dropbox,Microsoft Office,Mailchimp,Bloomerang,and WordPress.
