[**[Art Director (La Jolla, CA) - Full Time [[Formulate design concepts and presentation approaches for visual productions and media, such as print, broadcasting, video, and film. Direct workers engaged in artwork or layout design. Executing strategic campaigns, bringing the desired vision to life through style guides, in-situ design iterations, decks, mockups, and final deliverables. Take high-level direction, client direction, and produce engaging creative. Raising the creative bar with each iteration, analyzing the work with data wherever possible. Delivery - completing work from briefs, multiple conceptual directions, campaign assets, and retrospectives on project work. Presenting to and collaborating with Client Stakeholders to drive campaigns. Adopting mechanisms, making decisions that improve the approach to campaigns. Lead, inspire, and develop teams to broaden their awareness with campaign opportunities. Lead performance marketing and growth marketing. Performs other related duties as assigned.
