About the Role

In the Marketing Coordinator role, you will work closely with clinical programs, sales, marketing, recruiting, and advertising functions to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals. You will analyze sales data and conduct research to track stakeholder and customer engagement efforts. Similar to a Marketing Coordinator role, success in this role is demonstrated by meeting user needs, maintaining brand identity, and increasing brand awareness through the execution of strategic marketing campaigns. In the end, the coordinator's success will be determined by their impact on top-of-funnel inputs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media in addition to patient-, clinician-, and referrer-facing communications. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. They will be a lifelong learner with high aspirations within social entrepreneurial management, able to embrace the seeming chaos and personal accountability germane to organizational development.

Objectives

Increase client, referral, and clinical staff lead generation across the organization and its programsAssist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategyEnsure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generationPrepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program successCompile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trendsSupport the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, global contact directory, and wikisBuild knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing tactics with team membersResponsibilities

Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing dataSupport the Practice Development Manager (PDM; aka Product Manager) in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendarsDevelops effective marketing strategies and communicates campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotionPlan meetings, events, conferences, clinical program tours by therapists, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing listsMaintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessaryContinually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to practice development leadershipAssisting the PDM in collecting and interpreting customer/stakeholder analytics data to help improve and iterate on practice featuresCoordinating the PDM's user research effortsAssist with the development and implementation of advertising and practice feature marketing campaigns targeted to clients, referrers, current internal stakeholders, and potential clinical staff members; manages related efforts to ensure sufficient top-of-funnel inputs to ensure system sustainabilityCreates and maintains brand identity and awareness in the publicDevelops and maintains marketing assets including digital and print resources; makes routine website editsProspecting for referral partners and clinical hire leadsCoordinates marketing-related vendorsTrack sales (i.e., new hires, referrals, new client setups, etc.) data, plan meetings and organize trade show appearances, prepare reports, and assess marketing campaign successMaintain marketing databases, and lead email and social media effortsEducating external stakeholders as well as internal team members on practice features and benefitsAnalyzing consumer research data and update team on findingsOther duties as assignedRequirements

Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship, management, marketing, advertising, or communicationsProven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within healthcareDemonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateSolid knowledge of website and marketing analytics toolsWorking knowledge of ad serving toolsExperience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search enginesExcellent communication and presentation skillsPreferred skills and qualifications
