Salary Range:

$150,000 - $175,000 / year DOE

Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy Requirements:

7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management roleExperience in B2B e-commerce, particularly in wholesale liquidation, is strongly desiredHigh school diploma required; Bachelor s degree is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Analytics, Outlook, and AdobeAbility to think quickly, articulate ideas clearly, and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environmentBilingual in Spanish and English is a plusDirector of Marketing and Digital Strategy Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team of four, ensuring each member is aligned with company goals and operating at peak efficiencyDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing, to boost online presence and lead generationCollaborate with web designers and developers to maintain and enhance the company s high-impact websiteAnalyze and improve current email marketing campaigns, implementing industry best practices to maximize engagementOversee the development and execution of social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeDevelop and optimize lead generation strategies through effective use of landing pages and marketing funnelsTake charge of or assist with special projects, including the development of a hybrid mobile application and the launch of a new online auction platformBenefits:
