What you might bring:5-10 years of Graphic, Web, or multimedia design experienceExperience with Adobe suite (illustrator, photoshop, & Acrobat)Website Design Experience (Strategy, wireframes, graphics, motion & animation)Content DevelopmentSelf-motivated and disciplinedExcellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsResourceful problem-solving abilitiesWhat you will do:
Manage projects for customer satisfaction, profitability, and future process improvementsCreating advertising assets and website landing pagesRepurposing imagery for multiple ad platformsImproving website design with the "Gunner Cares" imageryDiligently keeping up with national growth pace within a growing departmentWebsite evaluation and creation of motion/graphic display images and native asset developmentWithin 30, 60, and 90 day timeline, this employee with understand our brand mission, manage workflow independently, and oversee website development implementationShowcase a positive influence on team culture while assisting with growing the Marketing teamOther responsibilities as assigned by Management
