Program Overview

11-week program that offers students the opportunity to explore the marketing side of our US global wealth and asset management (GWAM) businessStudents will have the chance to focus on one/or multiple of our GWAM lines of business within the US (retail, retirement, and institutional)Areas of focus may include:

This role is a unique opportunity to learn about not just marketing, but the industry, and how all areas of the business partner together to drive growthHow you'll make an impact

Learning about marketing and the different roles that sit within the marketing departmentLearning about investments and retirement businesses (products, distribution, audiences, industries, etc.,)Working on teams and cultivating relationships with stakeholders both within marketing and with our business partnersResearching various areas of the business and providing input/competitive analysis to inform decision makingParticipating in brainstorming opportunities and uncovering opportunities that could enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our processesWhat you'll bring to the team

Entering junior or senior year in an undergraduate bachelors' programInterest in both marketing and financial servicesDemonstrated relationship management skills, including the ability to work in a team environmentStrong time management, detail-oriented, strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to learn and adapt quickly while applying creativityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with enthusiasm and a positive attitudeMandatory participation in program for the full 11 weeksApplication Instructions:

Salary & Benefits

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
