We are currently looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join the Designit team that supports Microsoft's Modern Work and Biz Apps arena.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will work directly with Microsoft FTE's and other Agency partners within the Marketing organization for Microsoft. This workstream helps stakeholders in three key areas, including best in class future of work marketing, leveraging co-marketing relationships external voices, and work trend index excellence. This individual enjoys fast-paced, collaborative environments and displays a 'can do' attitude while working on multiple projects, campaigns and sprints, through priority setting and agility.

What you'll do:Develop wholistic marketing strategy for WorkLab, a Microsoft site focused on the future of work. WorkLab leverages Microsoft expertise and research, as well as customer voices, to spark conversation on the changing world of work.Evolve WorkLab's social media and marketing strategy; inclusive of 2-3 big promotional moments, like Work Trend Index.Create an evergreen marketing strategy to drive engaged traffic to the WorkLab website, encourage newsletter sign-up, and Work Trend Index guides, with buyoff from the full team inclusive of always on social, internal marketing, guest & executive amplification.Experiment with new media channels to reach business leader audience more effectively.Measure and report on the impact and effectiveness of marketing and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Lead development and execution of co-marketing programs with key partners and influencers.Leverage key customers voices for validated storytelling and strategic amplification of WorkLab articles, guides, and podcast episodes.Create operational & scalable influencer program inclusive of developing personal network connections, connecting leaders, paid influencers, and key talent to feature on WorkLab.Drive impactful moments around the Annual WTI and other special reports, inclusive of GTM strategy, social, press, and field enablement.What you bring:

5+ years of integrated marketing experienceThought leadership in the social and integrated marketing space.Partnership and alignment across paid campaigns, blog and social team.Up-to-date on the integrated marketing campaign landscape, current trends and initiatives.Experience creating social media and integrated marketing campaigns for large-scale WorkLab initiatives like Work Trend Index, etc.Partner with cross-functional teams to promote the WorkLab Podcast and Newsletter.Generate social marketing campaigns for WorkLab content on LinkedIn; focused and aligned with the thought leader audience.Foundational understanding of the digital marketing landscape.Ability to work closely and successfully with a diverse range of Microsoft clients day-to-day.A strategic and solution-oriented mindset when working with stakeholders within the Modern Work ecosystem.Experience working with multiple stakeholders to define social marketing strategy, including content and audience.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.Microsoft experience a plus.Who you are:

Compensation Range:

$105,000 - $110,000

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
