Job Description

Seeking a motivated and thorough Marketing Data Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, SQL mastery, and expertise in data manipulation and visualization. You will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, website performance, and campaign effectiveness, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis

: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to help guide business decisions. Use available reports and dashboards to gain insights into customer behavior, website performance, and campaign effectiveness.

Analyze Sales Funnels

: Examine and assess the entire customer journey from awareness to conversion. Identify key areas for optimization and improvement to improve overall sales performance.

SQL Mastery

: Use sophisticated SQL skills to efficiently extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses.

Interpersonal Skills

: Effectively communicate sophisticated data findings and insights to cross-functional teams. Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations that highlight key trends and recommendations.

Marketing Tools Expertise

: Apply your knowledge of Marketo to analyze marketing data and assess campaign performance. Leverage Marketo data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Experience Required:

2-5 years of experience in a marketing data analysis role or similar position.

Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and visualization tools. Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint for crafting reports and presentations.

Marketo Experience: Prior experience with Marketo is required. Familiarity with its features and functionalities will be essential for analyzing marketing campaigns and performance.

Proven ability to independently analyze marketing data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
