Digital Marketing Analyst

Capgemini, Chicago, Illinois, United States, 60290

Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a consultant to lead optimization/personalization engagements and help us grow those services within our Digital Marketing practice (strategy focused, non-technical role). The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, having a curiosity about how customers engage with websites, and the knowhow to improve those experiences.

The individual will need to have the ability to design and implement digital analytics, use the resulting data to understand customer behavior, and use those insights to inform the testing and personalization experiences that they lead. We are looking for a collaborative leader that can implement optimization campaigns and collaborate with clients on best practices.

Responsibilities

Ability to capture tracking needs for digital experiences, translate into tracking solutions, then work with development resources to implement tracking.

Produce compelling data visualizations that are easily understood by key executive partners; provide actionable analysis on site experiences.

Lead multivariate testing initiatives: planning tests, maintaining test queues, collecting assets, deploying, and actioning on results. Mature these programs to deeper levels of personalization.

Foster data driven and optimization focused cultures within client teams, driving thought leadership and helping organizations evolve their digital programs.

Build positive relationships, establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members.

Requirements

3 to 5 years working directly with digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

Proven experience using testing tools like Kibo (Monetate), Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.

Proven experience in tag management; capable of adding new analytics and marketing tags through platforms like Tealium and Google Tag Manger.

Outstanding project management capability – from planning to delivery and continued growth.

Knowledge of ecommerce strategies and possesses a tactical digital competence to help advise on recommendations.

Ability to lead sophisticated targeting and personalization strategies and can guide clients on end-to-end strategy.

Ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic and deadline driven atmosphere.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.

Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Advanced Excel)

Agency or consultancy experience preferred.
