Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our corporate marketing team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field. The Marketing Intern will assist with a variety of tasks, from digital and social media management to administrative support, and will be a valuable utility player within our department. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, flexible with various time zones, and experienced with digital tools and platforms.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and management of content for digital and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.).Support email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list management, and performance tracking.Use Canva to design marketing materials such as social media graphics, email templates, and presentations.Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining marketing calendars.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies.Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations.Coordinate with team members across various time zones to ensure timely completion of projects.Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall marketing efforts.Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with digital and social media platforms.Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design principles.Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to quickly learn new tools and software.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Flexible and adaptable to working across different time zones.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
