Marketing Manager

oversees value communication to current and prospective Ametros clients with the goal of bringing them through the lifecycle from Awareness to Advocate. This person has a strong writing background and will be responsible for overseeing initiatives to help the business improve referral and conversion rates as it relates to increasing education amongst our channel sources. This person plays a crucial role in listening to the market and speaking with clients, understanding where there are knowledge gaps, and running campaigns to strengthen our relationships with B2B channel sources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain communications workflows and tests throughout the customer lifecycleWrite blogs, emails and sales materials and various other marketing pieces to support business objectivesHelp define key elements of the overall the go-to-market strategy including but not limited to: Building value propositions, Branding / positioning strategies, Target personas, Content creation strategies, Target modeling, Journey mapping, Full funnel management, Media optimization, Creative testing, Marketing automation, CRM & data strategies and lead management strategiesCreate initiatives to support conversion and acquisition goalsDevelop and maintain a thorough understanding of our B2B audience and clientsOversee surveys, interviews, win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, and other market researchDevelop workflows and triggers in CRM for consistently occurring client communicationsConduct consistent discovery of client lifecycle to determine areas for further project developmentCollaborate with other team members on delivery of campaigns and materials, and communications and updates for internal stakeholdersRequirements

BA or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communications4-7 years Marketing experienceExcellent writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to convert technical information into accessible and engaging contentUnderstanding of audience & customer journey - personas - crafting language that speaks to specific audiences (including plaintiff attorneys, structures settlement brokers, injured parties, adjusters, and defense attorneys)Marketing automation platform - Advanced knowledge of how to use marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or Dynamics MarketingEnthusiastic collaborator who is able to work across many different stakeholders and shepherd change effectivelyExcellent problem solving capabilitiesProficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointAbility to travel 2-3 times a year
