Inside the RoleAs a Digital Marketing Analyst on the Digital Marketing team, you will play an integral role in the digital marketing strategy and execution for our leading brands. This role provides projects, programs and analytics digital support for Freightliner, Western Star and Detroit brands. The person in this role will work directly with the digital marketing specialists on the team, as well as coordinates with other departments (Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, DTFS, Aftermarket, IT) on marketing programs and campaigns for brand websites as well as Highspot, our sales enablement platform. This role will also contribute to the development and analysis of marketing efforts, including program and campaign performance.

Position offers a starting salary range of

$67,500.00 - $86,500.00 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive at DTNAProvide project management for Smart Source & Star Source (Freightliner and Western Star consumer applications), including feature enhancements, design testing and KPI/analytics reporting in collaboration with the internal DTNA CSG team. Ensure content parity across other digital platforms where applicable. Manage coordination for VIN lookup tool/training section within the applications.Coordinate training for Smart Source and Star Source applications. Manage feedback and troubleshoot reported issues.Manage and develop content on the Freightliner, Western Star and Detroit websites using Umbraco, a content management system (CMS), while following brand guidelines and ensuring content accuracy. Collaborate within the Digital Marketing team as well as with Brand Communications, Product Marketing, IT, DTFS and Aftermarket teams.Assist with brand websites user testing and project coordination.Manage analytics reporting within the Digital team including brand websites monthly analytics reports and quarterly all-agency meeting coordination; Highspot monthly reporting and meeting facilitation; Marketo reporting and request a quote (RAQ) validation.Provide ad-hoc performance reporting and data analysis for digital programs, campaigns and platforms using Tableau, Google Analytics (GA4), Highspot and Marketo.Provide support for email marketing campaigns through Marketo, our marketing automation platform including coordination with internal stakeholders and agency partners.Provide support as needed for special projects, product launches and campaigns.Knowledge You Should Bring

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.Experience supporting website and/or mobile app projects.Must be able to manage multiple, competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Highly organized, agile and adaptable to process changes.Must possess a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience coordinating projects across multiple business areas.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Exceptional Candidates Might Have

Experience with content management system (CMS) platform administration such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Umbraco.Basic HTML knowledge.Experience with data visualization/blending and supporting project managers with data analysis.Basic knowledge of iOS and Android platforms.Experience with Google Analytics and interpreting data/metrics.Experience and understanding of UI/UX design and application testing.#LI-TN1
