The Sage Group’s client, the premier personal ride and food delivery service, is searching for two Instructional Designers that can speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English.

Description :

Program manage global scale systems, product roll-outs and customize at a regional level.Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to address their needs and resolve requests.Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to build effective and relevant course content.Develop training content across multiple modalities that is clear, concise, and engaging.Partner with stakeholders across the organization to build and execute training plans; able to work collaboratively or independently, depending on the work.Ability to simplify complex concepts through stories, examples, and illustrations.Able to engage audiences both virtually and in person on a variety of skill development topics, including sales, systems, products, and soft-skill development.Find creative ways to produce content that scales for our teams.You’ll need to leverage superior organizational skills and constantly look to iterate on things to make them more effective and scalable.Simplify complex issues and develop project plans to support the sales team.Be open to the hustle; we are a small team with great responsibility!Work closely with instructional designers and trainers to develop and update training curriculum.

What You'll Need2-5 years of sales training and enablement experience. Previous Account Management experience is a major plus.English and Spanish fluency is a must.Ability to care for multiple projects and deliverables within tight timelines.Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.To be a self-starter. You’re ready for the autonomy that comes with building new things and managing multiple projects at any given moment.Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, managing input while owning and driving the development timeline forward.Experience or knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).Ability to translate data from feedback to improvements to both content and process.Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.Experience in adult learning, training, design thinking, and/or instructional design a plus.Google suite experience (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Passion and resilience; you must be passionate about starting from scratch and making your mark on the organization and feel comfortable working in changing environments.
