Prime Video is looking for a world-class Campaign Manager to develop creative campaign/asset timelines, budgets, and serve as chief of staff for creative operations across all marketing touchpoints for Prime Video Advertising. This role is essential in ensuring brand and campaign/creative consistency in tone and messaging, while prioritizing creative best practices.

Video Advertising is rapidly evolving and this role will be critical in bringing in best in class industry vendors & partners that are right-sized to campaigns and are leaders in template driven asset creation efforts, bringing scale and efficiency to PVa creative campaigns. You will work alongside the creative director and external agency from ideation to execution and delivery of campaign assets and/or Sales collateral.

As an ideal candidate, you will drive excellence and frugality in creative strategy and operations while continually raising the creative bar and finding scalable creative asset production processes. You will use strategic and operational thinking to help develop “go big” ideas with a focus on customer obsession and raising brand awareness and consideration. You will manage creative delivery and act as the gatekeeper of high quality creative and build and maintain strong relationships with service/studio partners, Sales and outside agency teams.

You work with minimal direction and move quickly while delivering high-quality outputs.

Key job responsibilities

Project managing the execution of advertising materials with internal Design, AdOps, Quality Assurance and Campaign Management teams (Manage end-to-end campaigns for specific areas of business).

Lead liaison between all external agencies and internal creatives

Sets meeting for review across Amazon for all stakeholders

Runs approvals with all stakeholders, including Studios, PV, legal, etc.

Creates workbacks for all requests

Sources all materials from PV/Amazon (synopsis, images, data, etc.)

Handles POs

Oversees, manages and reconciles budget

Maintains records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.

Familiar with all Amazon tools (Quip, Smartsheets, Moxion, Asana, etc)

Manage the troubleshooting of issues as surfaced during the campaign life-cycle

Dive deep on data to develop and manage process and product improvement projects with internal stakeholders to improve cross-vertical/cross-locale efficiencies

Fields requests (and assigns Asana tasks to appropriate teams) for all creative assets

Creates SOP with other stakeholders - Establish and standardize creative and operational best practices

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
