You will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the design process across our three key programs: Always Available, Drops, and Grafx. Reporting to the Sr. Design Manager and keeping the Creative Director informed, you will ensure that all product design, packaging, web, and social content align with the company brand aesthetic and deliver on time. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in managing creatives, cross-functional collaboration and design.Requirements:2+ years of professional experience in the creative department at a fashion brand or creative agency preferred.

Project management

Proven experience in managing creatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Strong art direction that can balance creative and business objectives.

In-depth understanding of fashion, pop culture, and lifestyle trends.

In-depth knowledge of gaming culture is a plus.

Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and experience with 3D modeling tools, such as Blender, is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring clear priorities and timely delivery.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, including product and marketing.

Motivated, imaginative, collaborative, conceptual, and curious, with a keen eye for detail.

Confidence to articulate and defend design decisions both internally and externally.

ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership:Act as a creative lead of the Drops program from concept to execution, ensuring consistency with the company

Act as the creative lead of web, social, and product assets from concept to execution, ensuring consistency with the company

Coordinate with the Sr. Design Manager and Creative Director to align design initiatives with overall brand objectives.

Team and Project Management:Maintain, manage, and sustain artist contractor roster – ensuring that an efficient, talented, and readily available talent roster exists for all creative projects.

Assist the Sr. Design Manager in communicating with the product and marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Strategic Design Solutions:Balance business and creative objectives into visually compelling design solutions.

Present design work to business partners and senior management, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs.

Collaboration and Communication:Maintain clear and highly informed channels of cross-functional communication through trackers and regular syncs.

Regularly sync with the Sr. Design Manager and Creative Director to ensure that all creative outputs are on-brand.

Market Research and Trends:Stay abreast of creative trends in various industries, applying knowledge to enhance the visual appeal of projects.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in design/fine arts, or Business Communications

Portfolio showcasing a strong aesthetic sense, strategic thinking, and successful design projects.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-volume work environment.Benefits
