Primary Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Coordinator works on a cross functional team consisting of Marketing, Design, New Product Development, Manufacturing and Sales to aid in the execution of custom programs for key account(s).
Essential Job Duties
Manages internal and external custom item set up processes. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all product information in both internal and external product databases.

``` - Supports Assoc. Channel Managers with customer mock up and production sample requests, ensuring superior quality and timely delivery.

``` - Assists with packaging proofing and coordinates packaging approval process to ensure the accuracy of packaging formats and information.

``` - Coordinates testing samples and form completion. Maintains test report documentation in customer database.

``` - Proof customer orders vs. item set up.

``` - Organize Presentations for Assoc. Channel Managers

``` - Assists Assoc. Channel Manager in custom program development as needed

``` - Complete quote tags for customer samples

``` - Participate in seasonal competitive shopping research
```{=html}
``` - Maintains Program Calendar and Tasks
```{=html}
``` - Help Sr. Channel Manager with .com functions
Required Skills and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

``` - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
```{=html}
``` - Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
```{=html}
``` - Motivated and independent self-starter that is able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

``` - Detail oriented - Preferred Bachelors degree - 1-2 years related experience
