Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Annex Group is seeking a Lead Marketing Coordinator. The Lead Marketing Coordinator will oversee and manage the marketing team's activities and projects. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing principals, excellent leadership, and communication skills, as well as the ability to strategize and execute marketing campaigns effectively. This position will work directly with new communities in Public Private Partnerships and Active Adult.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Responsibilities for Lead Marketing Coordinator

Assist in production of content and graphics for marketing collateral, including but not limited to RFP/RFQ templates, slide decks, community sheets, portfolios, and case studies.Create compelling written and graphic content to use for strategic messaging and development team outreach into existing and new markets.Coordinate proposals, statements of qualification, and letters of interest.Managing and coordinating the marketing team's activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives.Conducting market research and analyzing customer insights to identify target audience and market trends.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as community managers, development, and human resources to align marketing efforts and achieve common goals.Creating and overseeing the production of marketing materials, including print and digital content.Monitoring and analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.Managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and ppc.Providing support to marketing team to ensure high-quality of work and professional development.Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors.Managing social media accounts and engaging with followers to build brand awareness.Assisting with managing marketing budgets and expenses.Maintaining knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.Adheres to all fair housing guidelines and can be a knowledge base for team.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, and related fields with proven experience in marketing-related roles.Creative Suite (specifically In-Design) Proficiency1 - 4 years of experience in real estate with multifamily experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate.Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and ability to multitask.Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practicesFamiliarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.Previous experience in marketing or related field preferred.Strong work ethic and a positive attitudeSelf-motivated, adaptable, dependable, with focus on customer serviceProfessional appearance and demeanorTravel up to 25% - Community related travel.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Salary Description

$56,076 yearly
