Summary/objective:

As a Marketing Coordinator for the creative teams, your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to define goals, learnings, establish schedules, and monitor progress. Your attention to detail will play a vital role in ensuring efficient project delivery and success. Additionally, you will proactively resolve issues, coordinate logistics, provide critical updates to internal stakeholders, and track project deliverables.

Coordinate creative requestsAssign tasks to creative team inside Angel Studios and to outside vendorsCoordinate with other coordinators and requestorsOversee project requirements and manage project timelineTrack budgets based on each projectCommunicate bottlenecks and delays in deliverablesWork closely with your manager to understand priorities and advise on best strategies to achieve themWork with team lead to create systems to address bottlenecks that may ariseRegularly update project statusesTrack the project deliverables and agreed deadlines*QC final deliverables for proper spelling and grammarMust attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetingsProficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required. Additional language proficiency is a plus

Required education and experience

High School Diploma or equivalent1-3 years as Project Coordinator or similar position>

Preferred education and experience

Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field3 years as Project Coordinator or similar positionPrevious video editing experience preferred but not required>

$21.63 - $27.07 an hour

Work environment - When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment. Team members are issued their own desks, but the office is an open, shared space and can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy.

Physical demands - Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time.

Position type and expected hours of work - Regular full-time, 40 hours per week.

Travel required - Travel not anticipated at this time
