Marketing Coordinator

If you're passionate about real estate, have a flair for creative marketing, and are ready to contribute to our ongoing success, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain social media accounts, email campaigns, etc.Design and print brochures and handouts for listingsWrite marketing remarksProofread print publication adsIdentify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brandQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry.Strong proficiency in social media management, graphic design, and email marketing platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Must have a car for occasional off-site responsibilities.This position is in-office, 40 hours/week from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
