The purpose of this standard procedure is to establish and define the functional role, requirements, reporting relationships, authority, responsibilities, and measurements of performance of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator at TERI.

TERI Inc. at the Campus of Life is seeking a part-time on-site Sales and Marketing Coordinator to participate in our company’s marketing, fundraising, sales, and entertainment messaging campaigns. The responsibilities include managing platforms that successfully engage a pipeline of B2B and B2C clients through market research, fundraising, marketing, and brand awareness campaigns. You will be a thought leader by analyzing and reporting on sales and engagement metrics and data.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible, dependable, outgoing and friendly, as well as patient and courteous with other co-workers.Collaborate with all departments and evaluating and executing the TERI Inc. marketing strategy and plan.Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines with the TERI Inc. team across all departments.Managing online engagement channels including but not limited to social media, digital advertising and campaigns to deliver in-person marketing at events and conferences.Maintaining and facilitating the creation of an inventory of relevant sales facing content and a directory of sales support materials.Ensures the utmost accuracy and timely delivery of assigned tasks.Develops and maintains relationships and generates leads through professional referral sources on a regular basis.Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including all TERI’s websites and social media platforms.Support the Event Sales Director by providing suggestions for the ongoing marketing strategy and planning promotional experiences.Coordinating with the Event Sales Director to plan annual industry events and photo shoots to create up-to-date venue content for promotion.Demonstrate the ability to sell into one or more of the SMERF categories or support sales efforts at the Campus of Life.Review existing social media and implement new strategies to align with business goals and budget.Generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.Responsible for providing information on previous campaigns, projects and timelines overseen and implemented to demonstrate overall capabilities.Status:

Range:

$24.00 - $26.50/Hourly

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or universityOne to three years related experience and/or training in sales facing experience in the catering, private events, and operations, or event management with proven positive marketing content creation.Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, WIX Website, CRM Tools, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.Familiarity with CRM, Content Management System Software, venue design and catering platforms.
