The Senior Director, Performance Marketing will be a key leader on the Growth team with responsibility for customer acquisition and retention efforts across all business units. They will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate closely with other departments, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns across various channels.

What You'll do

Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy focused on paid media, influencer marketing, SEO, and CRM/loyalty to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Review current channel mix and optimize for growth and efficiency, while testing into new channels to diversify and scale.Develop and manage the omnichannel CRM & Promotions calendar and work with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize based on customer insight, business needs, competition and analytics.Create and refine actionable audience targets and set measurable customer KPIs.Develop, forecast, and execute test plans to drive incremental revenue and build CRM playbook based on learnings.Establish rigorous A/B testing protocol to experiment, analyze, and deliver insights into all performance marketing initiatives.Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that ladder up to KPIs across the purchase funnel.Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.Leverage data and MarTech solutions to effectively measure channel performance and optimize to deliver target investment returns.Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.Present marketing performance reports to the executive team and provide actionable recommendations.What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.12+ years of performance marketing experience including expertise across digital and offline channels for a DTC business.
