We are seeking a Marketing Associate to enhance brand awareness, engage our community, and drive membership growth.

Your Role:

The Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts, from content creation to campaign management. This is a multi-faceted role that requires a creative thinker who is also comfortable with data analysis and project management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly adaptable, and eager to take on a variety of tasks, from graphic design to sales strategy.

This position will be a full-time remote role, but must be able to travel to our Massachusetts studios (South Boston, Downtown Boston, Wellesley + Cape Cod) on a bi-weekly basis to capture content, engage with the team + community, and participate in classes.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Assist in developing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, flyers, email newsletters, automated messaging, and other promotional materials.Social Media Management:

Help manage B/SPOKE Studios' social media accounts (e.g. Meta, Instagram, TikTok) by scheduling posts, boosting engagement, and interacting with followers.Campaign Support:

Support the execution of sales/marketing campaigns, including planning, coordinating, and tracking performance.Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing and promoting studio events, happenings, and special classes including initiatives related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging.Market Research:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.Administrative Tasks:

Perform administrative duties such as maintaining marketing calendars, updating databases, and coordinating with other departments.Analytics and Reporting:

Help track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and prepare regular reports for the marketing team.

Your Profile:Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a marketing or related field, preferably within the fitness, wellness or lifestyle industry.Technical Skills:

Stellar understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).Proficient in basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Familiarity with email + automated marketing software.

Creative Mindset:

Ability to generate innovative ideas, design/edit engaging content, and think creatively to solve marketing challenges.Team Player:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written + verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.Attention to Detail:

Extremely detail-oriented, timely, and reliable with excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and audit campaign performance.Adaptability:

Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and availability to manage time sensitive situations during non-traditional “office” hours.Passion for Fitness and Wellness:

Genuine interest in fitness and wellness.

Compensation:

Annual Base Salary Range:
