ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Visual Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs across various digital and print mediums. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to ensure consistency in branding and design, while also bringing fresh ideas to enhance our visual presence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Develop and design creative concepts for digital and print materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and goals.Create and maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms, ensuring that all designs adhere to brand guidelines.Work with product and development teams to design user interfaces and experiences that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure that our visuals remain fresh and relevant.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.Provide input on design strategies and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and other relevant tools.Understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, UI/UX design, and typography.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the financial services industry or with tax-related content.Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development skills.We understand potential comes in many forms. SALARY RANGE:
$60,000 - $75,000
