Pay Details:The annual base salary range for this position in California is $104,000 to $130,000 per year. The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.Reporting directly to the Director of Creative Operations and working closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional leaders throughout the organization, the Creative Project Manager will oversee project resourcing and prioritization for the Honda Center and OCVIBE creative teams and manage creative deliverables from start to finish for key programs.Responsibilities

Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and creative requirements.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.Identify potential risks and challenges and proactively develop and communicate mitigation strategies.Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize and re-prioritize projects, constantly weighing business needs against bandwidth.Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when necessary.Monitor time-tracking and project budgets/expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.Lead, defend, and inspire the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members.Foster a creative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to excel in their roles.Maintain high standards of creative quality and brand consistency across all projects.Ensure that deliverables meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and status reports.Communicate project progress, milestones, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership.Schedule and lead regular team meetings, including project briefs, creative reviews, and executive presentations.Prepare and present project summaries and post-project evaluations.Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and workflows.Implement best practices and tools to enhance project efficiency and productivity.Seek opportunities to innovate and streamline creative project management across the organization as a whole.Skills

5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Producer within a creative agency or technology company.Experience building and training team members on new processes and/or tools.Problem-solving abilities in a creative capacity.Flexible and efficient.Can adapt to a fast-paced environment with a bias towards finding solutions to challenging problems.Attention to detail, organization, and proactiveness.Able to self-manage while finding opportunities to collaborate with other department leads.Able to successfully manage multiple complex and high-profile, high-budget projects simultaneously.Able to think big picture and distill it down into actionable pieces.Able to communicate clearly, both written and orally.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
